The Countdown is On

National Para-Cycling Series logoIt’s Wednesday afternoon, and in less than 48 hours we will have ridden our first Para-cycling race.

Yes, the first round of the National Para-cycling Series is on Friday and Saturday in Toowoomba, Queensland, alongside the Zarraffa’s Oceania Road Championships.

We’ll be riding a 20km Time Trial from 7:30am on Friday, on the same course as the Oceania’s before they start, and then a 69.76km Road Race from 7:30am Sunday.

Not totally sure what else will be going on over the weekend, but I expect we’ll keep our Twitter account and Facebook page up to date with whatever happens!

And of course, if you see us in Toowoomba, do say “hi!”

Riding For Indpendence LogoI’ve known Katherine for a few years now, she rides with Exsight Tandems in Sydney and Wollongong, and even took my place on the Management Committee when I moved back to Armidale.
